Red rock views.
Sedona rock layers.
A helicopter tour might be cool if you're on one, but it kind of stinks if you're a hiker and can't carry on a conversation with your companions.
Mekayla enjoys her breakfast!
There's the sun!
Those canyon walls are tall! Hiking along the west fork of Oak Creek.
At least it's fall somewhere, if not in Tucson.
Looks peaceful. But it was actually pretty noisy because there were so many hikers….the perils of hiking here during peak tourist season, I guess.
West Fork Oak Creek in the morning sun.
Either manzanita or closely related to manzanita.
Sunrise over Sedona. We got up early because we went to bed early and were rewarded by wonderful colors!
The creek is in a deep gorge.
